Nilufer Writers’ Residencies offer writers, poets, translators, editors, academicians and researchers the chance to finalize their works in a home-like environment. The residencies are in Gölyazı and Misi, two small towns of Nilufer/Bursa-Turkey which outstand with their historical and natural beauties. Nilufer Writers’ Residencies welcome residents longing for a refreshing place to work from all around the world, and from Turkey.

Application Requirements:

For writers and poets:
Two of their books must be published by a publisher which has at least 50 books in their catalogue,

For translators:
A copy of translation contract signed between the publisher and the translator,
One of their translations must be published,

For academicians and researchers:
Document showing the relation with the university,
Letter from thesis advisor
Application letter.
